Change of fund names (as of 14 April 2025)
On 14 April 2025, we changed the name of our Sustainable Ready-made Portfolios to ‘Horizon Ready-made Portfolios’. The name change was necessary to ensure compliance with regulatory fund naming guidelines, while keeping the existing investment strategy.

Horizon Cautious |

Investment strategy and risk level: This fund will typically invest around 40% in shares via other funds. Under normal market conditions it is intended to have a low volatility of returns. |
Horizon Adventurous |
|
Investment strategy and risk level: This fund will typically invest around 75% in shares via other funds. Under normal market conditions it is intended to have a medium volatility of returns. |
Accounts for Horizon Ready-made Portfolios
Taxable accounts
You can buy Horizon Ready-made Portfolios in a General Investment Account – it’s good to note that capital gains tax charges will apply, which depend on individual circumstances and are subject to change.
Tax-efficient accounts
You can also buy Horizon Ready-made Portfolios in tax-efficient accounts such as Individual Savings Account (ISA), Self-invested Personal Pension (SIPP) and a Small self-administered scheme (SSAS) investment account
Fees for Horizon Ready-made Portfolios
The Ongoing Charges Figure (OCF) of these funds is currently 1.22% - 1.50% per year and is taken directly from the performance of the fund (January 2025).
The service fee charged on Ready-made Portfolio holdings starts at a discounted rate of 0.2% per year – this rate tiers down further for large holdings.
