If you’re opening an ISA, Junior ISA, Investment Account or SIPP, you can get set up in minutes by applying online. If you prefer paper forms, that’s fine too – choose the relevant one below.
ISA
Please use this form to apply for an ISA account through our Online Investment Service. Once processed, you will be able to make investment selections online through your new account.
You will need to complete an ISA transfer letter of authority for each provider you are moving from. If you want to move part of an ISA account to us, please complete a partial ISA transfer letter of authority.
This form enables you to transfer a portion of an existing ISA account to Bestinvest. You will need to complete one ISA transfer authority form per provider you are transferring from.

SIPP
If you would like to apply for a Best SIPP account through our Online Investment Service, please complete this form.
Please complete this form if you are transferring another pension into the Best SIPP. It should be submitted along with a SIPP application form unless you are already a Best SIPP client.
This form can be used to top-up an existing Best SIPP account by either paying in a lump sum or setting up regular contributions (either personally or through your employer).
Please use this form to let us know how to pass on the funds in your SIPP and its benefits to others in the event of your death.
If your employer is contributing regularly to your Best SIPP account, please ask them to complete and return this form along with the employer contributions standing order form.
